Your New Role
As a psychologist in Municipal Health, you will be part of our team consisting of both psychologists and behavioral scientists working with organizational and social work environment. As a psychologist, you will support employees and managers in Jönköping Municipality's operations and affiliated companies. Through dialogue, you will develop interventions that best meet customer needs. You will work at individual, group, and organizational levels. Common tasks include supportive individual counseling, group development initiatives, conflict management, lectures, managerial coaching, occupational rehabilitation interventions, and work environment assessments.
This is a position for someone who wants to combine psychological expertise with operational development and is motivated by making a difference in people's working lives.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist and has a strong interest in occupational and organizational psychology or similar expertise. Experience with or enrollment in specialist training in occupational and organizational psychology is a merit. We consider it highly valuable if you have experience working in occupational health services and experience with individual and group interventions. We place great importance on personal qualities and seek someone with strong motivation, engagement, goal orientation, and organization. You also have good social and communication skills and are skilled at building trusting relationships with both colleagues and customers.

Important Information
Full-time position (100%) or by agreement. The position involves travel within the municipality, so you should have a driver's license.
Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. We offer flexible working hours.
