With us at Falck in Kiruna, you'll have the opportunity to work proactively and directly see the impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our occupational physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, which provides interesting variety in your work. The focus is on implementing measures at the individual level, but also a large portion of assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, group coaching, and organizational and leadership assignments. You will work with, among other things: Support conversations and talk therapy with a focus on rehabilitation and prevention Coaching of individuals and groups Conflict management and management support Psychosocial workplace issues Assessments Training Qualifications Licensed Psychologist Or social worker or have another academic behavioral science degree combined with further education in methods such as CBT level 1 Experience with support conversations where you have used methods in conversation and treatment (CBT, ACT, or FACT) Experience with training and groups Experience meeting people with needs and questions related to situations where life and work life intersect Swedish and English in speech and writing Class B driver's license Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.
