Are you a Licensed Psychologist or do you have another behavioral science education together with further training in methods such as CBT step 1? Do you want to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening what is healthy and giving people tools to manage work-life challenges, such as stress and conflicts. Your work consists mainly of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations with our customers' employees.
At Falck in Luleå, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and directly see the impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our occupational physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, which provides interesting variety in your role.
You will work with, among other things:
Support conversations and talk therapy with a focus on rehabilitation and preventive measures
Coaching of individuals and groups
Conflict management and management support
Psychosocial work environment issues

Training
Qualifications
Licensed psychologist
Or social worker or have another academic behavioral science education together with further training in methods such as CBT step 1
Experience with support conversations where you have used methodologies in conversation and treatment (CBT, ACT, or FACT)
Experience meeting people with needs and questions related to situations where personal and work life intersect
Swedish and English, spoken and written
Class B driver's license
Good computer skills and interest, preferably experience, in delivering through digital tools and working with online-based methods.
Meritorious
Competence for investigation of harassment (RUM trained)
Training in the 15-method.
Experience working with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's work environment responsibility

Other:
Permanent employment beginning with a 6-month probationary period. Position is 100% and start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays.
The position involves travel to facilities and customers in the local area as needed by operations, which means you must have a Class B driver's license and preferably access to your own vehicle.
