As a Licensed Psychologist at Falck, you work consultatively and customized for our customers as a support for managers, contact persons, and employees. You deliver both digitally and physically to local and national customers across a wide range of industries; private and public sectors, large and small organizations, which provides interesting variety in the role. The focus is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also a significant portion of assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, and group coaching. You work cross-functionally together with occupational physicians, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and others who work collaboratively with our customers and their employees toward good results.
You will work with, among other things:
Support conversations and counseling with a focus on rehabilitation and preventive measures
Coaching of individuals and groups
Conflict management and manager support
Psychosocial work environment issues
Assessments
Training
Qualifications:
Licensed psychologist with interest and experience working with interventions related to work-related health issues
Experience with individual conversations, training, and groups
Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Good computer skills and interest, and preferably experience, in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods
Meritorious:
Experience from occupational health or private healthcare provider
Further education in or experience in the field of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment (OSA)
Experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT
As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who enjoys working both independently and with other competencies. You are driven and have the ability to assume the consultant role by, among other things, developing expertise in new areas that customers request and working creatively with them for the best results.

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Position 100% with start in October. Working hours Monday-Friday 8-17.
