Licensed Psychologist for Corporate Health

Your work will have a clear focus on work capacity assessments, alongside targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level to address stress and conflicts, for example. You will meet motivated clients who want to move forward. The role is based in Lycksele with physical delivery of our services but primarily digital work with customers throughout Sweden, which provides interesting variety in your work. For this to work smoothly, you need to live within commuting distance. We also believe that the best development and team spirit are created when we work together. In this role at Falck, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and truly see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists. The role's focus is on work capacity assessments and individual-level support conversations, although interventions at the group and organizational level may occur. Qualifications: Licensed as a psychologist Experience with support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar Swedish and English in speech and writing B-category driver's license Good computer skills and interest, preferably experience, in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods. Meritorious: Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops Experience with work capacity assessments Experience with organizational assignments As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who thrives working both independently and together with other competencies. You are driven and have the ability to take on the consultant role by, among other things, deepening your knowledge in new areas that customers demand and working creatively with them for the best results.
