As a Licensed Psychologist at Falck, you work consultatively and in a tailored manner with our customers as support for managers, contact persons, and employees. You deliver both digitally and in person to local and national customers across numerous industries; private and public sectors, large and small organizations, which provides interesting diversity in the role. The focus is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also a significant portion of assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, assessments, training, and coaching of groups. You work cross-functionally with corporate physicians, corporate nurses, physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and others who work collaboratively with our customers and their employees toward good results. You will work with, among other things: - Support conversations and talk therapy with focus on rehabilitation and preventive interventions - Coaching of individuals and groups - Conflict management and management support - Psychosocial work environment issues - Assessments - Training Qualifications: - Licensed Psychologist with interest and experience in working with interventions related to work-related illness - Experience with individual conversations, training, and groups - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering through digital tools and working with online-based methods Meritorious: - Experience from corporate health or private care provider - Further education in or experience within the field of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment (OSA) - Experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who enjoys working both independently and together with other competencies. You are driven and have the ability to take on the consultant role by, among other things, developing expertise in new areas that customers request and working creatively with them for the best results.
