Your work primarily consists of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations with client employees. You will deliver both physically and digitally to both local and national clients, which provides interesting variety in your work. Qualifications: Licensure as a psychologist Experience with support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar Swedish and English in speech and writing Category B driver's license Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering through digital tools and working with online-based methods. Meritorious: Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who enjoys working both independently and with other competencies. You are driven and have the ability to take on the consultant role by, among other things, developing expertise in new areas that clients request and working creatively with them for the best results.
