We are now seeking a new colleague for our psychology clinic at an attractive location in Östermalm, Stockholm. The practice already has established contracts and a stable patient flow, and we are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team in this initiative. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking you as a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist who wants to work as a consultant in an organization with high ambitions and clear direction. You are a confident and skilled clinician with strong commitment to your work. Simultaneously, you appreciate freedom and flexibility and see the value in largely controlling your own schedule and working hours. You are comfortable with several different evidence-based treatment methods and feel confident adapting your approach based on the individual's needs. Experience from primary or specialized care is an asset. You may already be established as a private practitioner seeking a long-term collaboration with stable patient flow. Or you are currently employed with a few years of experience and want to take the step toward working more independently. Perhaps you are looking for the right conditions to become self-employed, in an environment where administration, structure, and patient flow are already in place. For this assignment, you need to have, or be prepared to establish, your own business in the form of a limited company or sole proprietorship. The Assignment We offer a long-term consultant position with the opportunity to work between 40–100% by mutual agreement. The assignment comprises at least two days per week, with the possibility to work up to full-time. The work includes assessment and treatment of patients aged 16 and above within healthcare agreements, private practice, occupational health, and insurance assignments. Assignments and patient flow are already established with excellent availability. Treatments can be both shorter and longer series. If you have relevant expertise and interest, there is also the opportunity to work with neuropsychiatric assessments. Compensation is competitive and production-based within the framework of a stable and long-term collaboration.
