Your work has a clear focus on work capacity assessments, alongside targeted, short-term interventions at the individual level to address, for example, stress and conflicts. The position is located in Vilhelmina/Lycksele with physical delivery of our services but primarily very digital work with customers throughout Sweden, which provides interesting variety in your role. The role's focus is on work capacity assessments and individual-level counseling support, although interventions at group and organizational levels may occur. Qualifications: Licensure as a psychologist Experience with support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar Swedish and English in spoken and written form Category B driving license Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.
