About the Organization
Moment Psychology is a psychology and psychiatry practice whose target groups are children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients include the public sector, businesses, insurance companies, and private individuals. The practice is located in a representative office in central Malmö at Storgatan 5.
Our vision is the right care at the right time with a heart for our patients' wellbeing. We have a unique team of specialists consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and administrators. Together we care for our patients at our clinic.
About the Position
In this role, you will work clinically with counseling and treatment of adults at the primary care level. It is a merit if you also have experience and can work with children and young people. You will be part of a team with several other skilled and pleasant psychologists.
Moment has a high degree of structure and well-functioning work routines. We systematically evaluate our treatments and have 10 years of excellent quality evaluations.
Who Are You?
You are a psychologist with training in clinical psychology/psychotherapy. We seek someone with at least basic CBT training. You work in an evidence-based manner and have solid knowledge of learning psychology and behavior analysis. You work independently and in a structured way. Experience from adult psychiatry is a merit, preferably combined with experience from insurance/primary care.
You are driven by helping people feel better and achieve sustainable results by carefully applying your specialist knowledge into concrete advice and interventions.
As a person, you have a positive attitude, feel secure in your role, and can be both task-oriented and relationship-oriented. You appreciate and contribute to a good work environment and continuous organizational development. You are accustomed to working efficiently - always with clients' best interests in focus. You are unpretentious, generous, and committed.
