The health center is located in modern facilities at C4 Shopping in Hammar and has a dedicated multiprofessional team with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation expertise, and administrative staff. We are now developing the next phase of our digital primary care, where structured medical documentation, clear workflows, and close collaboration between professionals enable the physician to focus their time where it makes the greatest difference. Responsibilities As a general medicine specialist with us, you will primarily work remotely with digital medical assessments and follow-ups within primary care. The role includes, among other things: • Medical assessments of patients through digital workflows • Prescription renewals, follow-ups, and advice based on structured documentation • Prioritization and medical guidance in collaboration with the rest of the team • Assessment of when a patient needs a physical examination or a different level of care • Contributing to the development of safe, efficient, and patient-secure digital working methods Work takes place primarily remotely, but introduction, team meetings, or occasional in-person activities may occur by agreement.
