About the Workplace Praktikertjänst Care Rehab is part of Praktikertjänst AB and provides primary care rehabilitation at several facilities in Region Stockholm. We combine the security of a large company with local commitment and close-knit operations. Praktikertjänst Rehab Vällingby is a new operation with a planned launch this fall. We are now building an interdisciplinary team where each employee has the opportunity to influence the operation's development, work methods, and culture. Here you have the chance to be involved from the beginning and create the workplace you want to work in. As a dietitian with us, you will become an important part of the team around the patient and contribute your expertise in close collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals. You will also be part of Praktikertjänst Care Rehab's dietitian network together with experienced dietitian colleagues from our other facilities. The network offers regular meetings, experience sharing, and professional development. Responsibilities As a dietitian in primary care rehabilitation, you will meet patients of different ages and with varying needs. You will work with nutritional assessments, treatment, counseling, and follow-up in areas such as obesity, malnutrition, gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other conditions where diet and nutrition are an important part of treatment. The work is independent and varied with great opportunity to plan and structure your workday. You meet patients individually, can lead group interventions, and work closely with other professionals to provide safe and quality care. As part of building the new operation, there is also an opportunity to develop work methods, group activities, and collaboration forms based on the operation's and patients' needs. Qualifications You are a licensed dietitian. Experience working in primary care or rehabilitation is a merit, but we also welcome you if you are relatively new to the profession and want to develop with us. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You are confident in patient interactions, have a good ability to build trust, and enjoy working both independently and with others.
