About the Role This is a temporary position initially for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. As a Licensed Audiologist at AudioNova, you will work with the entire rehabilitation process including hearing tests, needs assessments, and hearing aid fittings as well as other technical aids. The work requires a high level of service awareness, flexibility when sudden changes occur in the day's schedule, and the ability to work systematically. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work toward both personal and team goals. Audiological knowledge and a good understanding of the connection between audiology, products, and service form the foundation of the work. You report to the Regional Sales Manager and receive support from competent colleagues. Examples of Job Duties • Perform hearing tests, evaluate the customer's specific needs, provide information, and together select the best solution for each customer. • Adjust and configure hearing aids and technical equipment according to the customer's needs. • Deliver high-quality service throughout the rehabilitation process. • Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and regulatory standards and guidelines. • Actively participate in initiatives proposed by RSM or Support Office, such as process improvements. About You We are looking for a Licensed Audiologist who is passionate about providing professional customer service throughout the entire rehabilitation chain. You have a strong ability to convey facts and information in an understandable way to our customers and understand how people acquire knowledge. You take independent responsibility, plan, and organize your work to drive it forward efficiently. You also have a calm and stable approach, even in more demanding situations. As part of a global organization, we require you to be fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, and to hold a credential from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare following completion of Audiologist training. We consider it a merit if you have prior experience with rehabilitative methods.
