Do you want to work with a holistic perspective and quality in rehabilitation to make a real difference in people's daily lives? As an occupational therapist in the reception team, you are responsible for promoting activity, participation, and independence for people with various disabilities within municipal care and services. The work involves assessing, planning, and implementing interventions that may include training, environmental adaptation and assistive devices, as well as providing support and guidance to both individuals and their relatives. You collaborate closely with other professionals in care and services to create comprehensive solutions. Your main duties include: • Assessment and planning - Conduct activity and functional assessments and develop individual rehabilitation plans. • Interventions and adaptations - Plan and implement rehabilitation interventions, test and adapt assistive devices, and provide instructions for use. • Collaboration and communication - Work with internal teams and external partners to create a cohesive rehabilitation process. • Support and guidance - Provide advice and support to care staff, family members, and other caregivers to promote activity and participation. • Documentation and quality assurance - Ensure correct documentation and follow-up according to laws and guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and who want to work with people based on an ethical and professional approach. You have education and/or experience in: • Occupational therapy work within care and services • Assessment, rehabilitation, and assistive device prescription • Documentation and work in digital medical record systems • Category B driver's license for manual transmission You are welcome to have experience in: • Work within municipal care • Collaboration with other care providers and partners • Meeting people from different cultures and understanding the cultural differences involved We believe you are a person who: • Speaks Swedish fluently, both orally and in writing • Is confident in your professional role and has good interpersonal skills • Has good collaboration skills and easily builds good relationships • Is solution-oriented, responsible, and organized • Has a genuine commitment to quality and individual participation In this recruitment, we ask you to attach your CV and answer a number of selection questions.
