We are now recruiting a Management Systems Responsible at Billerud Skärblacka, Norrköping You will be part of the Quality and Environment section, which is responsible for developing the mill's approach to continuous improvement through our management systems. In this role, you are responsible for developing and maintaining management systems for quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and food safety. You plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits and customer audits, and support the operation in process mapping, document management, and operational systems. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with managers and employees at the mill, external auditors, and colleagues within Billerud. The employment is a permanent position during day shift. Your main responsibilities will be: Develop and maintain management systems for quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and food safety. Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and customer audits Support the operation with process mapping and process management Provide support and training to managers and employees on matters related to management systems Contribute to the development and improvement of non-conformance management procedures Responsible for and develop IT support for the operational system for governance documentation We put Safety First! Qualifications To succeed in the role of Management Systems Responsible, we believe you have: University education in quality, operational development, or equivalent competence that the employer considers equivalent Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Knowledge of management systems and standards Experience with audits It is an advantage if you have: Experience with management systems in a large company, preferably in process industry or manufacturing Experience working with IT support for process and document management Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on your personality.
