JOB DUTIES

As management support within home care at Landskrona Omsorg AB, you become a central part of a committed team working to create quality, safety, and good service for home care customers. Here you get an important role close to operations, where you together with colleagues ensure that staffing works in both planned and acute situations. The assignment involves great responsibility, a high pace, and an opportunity to contribute to operations that make a difference every day.
The work tasks include, among other things:
• Handle orders and assignments in accordance with SoL and HSL.
• Enter visit plans in LifeCare planning and verify that services are carried out in accordance with orders and compensation levels.
• Monitor and communicate with Region Skåne and other professionals in Mina Planer.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls from commissioners and customers/relatives.
• Document and communicate in accordance with applicable law and Landskrona Omsorg guidelines.
• Staffing for absences and personnel vacancies.
• Ordering of goods and invoice management for home care units.
• Monitoring of the scheduling process and correcting staff schedules based on applicable staffing requirements in consultation with unit managers.
• Other operational and personnel-specific tasks delegated by the unit manager or operations manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is well-organized and finds it easy to create order even when the pace is high. You plan and organize your work in a clear way, meet deadlines, and ensure that things get done. At the same time, you are solution-oriented and can quickly find ways forward when unexpected situations arise. In this role, you need to be confident and stable, with the ability to stay calm even when conditions are uncertain or complex. You stand up for what you believe in, communicate respectfully, and distinguish between facts and people even in pressured situations. We also see that you are team-oriented and unpretentious, with a focus on contributing to common goals and creating good cooperation in the team. Your service mindset, flexibility, and willingness to find solutions make you a natural part of our administrative support.
Requirements for the position:
• Secondary school diploma
• Excellent administrative skills and good system experience in LifeCare performer and planning, Heroma, TimeCare, and Mina planer.
• Experience with coordination or leadership in home care.
• Experience with digital planning and scheduling.
• Good knowledge of SoL and HSL.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
