Do you want to be the one leading operations when it's needed the most? As a Nurse Manager at Aleris Basal Home Care, you have a central role during the night shift. You lead, prioritize, and coordinate the work so that our patients receive safe and secure care – while also providing important support to your colleagues. We work on behalf of primary care centers in Stockholm County and are available when regular operations have closed. Every night we make a difference for patients who need care at home, and now we're looking for you to become part of our team. About the Role Working hours are 21.30–08.30. As a Nurse Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating operations during the entire shift. You ensure that work flows smoothly, prioritize resources based on current needs, and contribute to high patient safety and a good work environment. Your main responsibilities are to: lead and coordinate night shift operations receive phone calls and plan acute patient visits ensure that patient visits are correctly registered in Epsilon lead and follow up on reports together with the work team ensure staffing and redistribute resources in cases of, for example, acute absences or need for double staffing be responsible for reporting late-arriving alerts to the primary care center or on-call nurse according to current procedures. We document in TakeCare and use Epsilon in our daily work. We're Looking for Someone Who is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience feels confident in your professional role and has strong ability to prioritize, make decisions, and create structure enjoyed taking responsibility and leading others has a B driver's license has good computer skills and experience with TakeCare has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in home care or advanced home healthcare is a plus.
