Your Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with experience leading people, production, projects, or technical operations in the industrial sector. This could include roles such as production manager, team leader, project manager, site manager, operations manager, or other management positions.
Depending on the assignment and your experience, the role may involve responsibility for personnel, production, projects, workplace environment, quality, or business development.
Examples of duties:
- Lead, delegate, and follow up on daily work
- Plan and coordinate personnel, resources, and operations
- Ensure or contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
- Monitor production, quality, deliveries, and set goals
- Lead and develop employees and teams
- Drive projects, change initiatives, or improvement programs
- Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and external partners
- Identify improvement areas and develop work methods and processes
Your Profile
We are interested in both experienced leaders and those earlier in their leadership career who want to take the next step.
Most importantly, we seek someone with industrial experience who enjoys taking responsibility and has the ability to create engagement, structure, and results together with others.
