We are now seeking a Lead Ventilation Technician for our service team in Malmö. This is a role for someone who enjoys working on-site with customers and wants to combine hands-on installation work with expanded responsibility in our service projects and smaller contracts. You will be an active part of production while serving as a natural coordinator on-site.
You will have the opportunity to work with:
- Perform ventilation installation and renovations
- Plan and coordinate daily work on the jobsite
- Serve as contact person for customers, project managers, and other contractors
- Participate in construction meetings and coordination meetings
- Ensure work is conducted according to applicable quality and safety requirements
- Contribute to good order and structure on the jobsite
- Work actively with workplace environment issues and ensure we follow our routines and procedures
You will have no personnel responsibility but are expected to provide natural leadership in projects and contribute your experience to create momentum and good collaboration.

Your background:
- Several years of experience as a ventilation technician
- Self-driven and confident in your professional role
- Experience with projects, renovations, or smaller contracts
- Understand the importance of well-functioning workplace environment work
- Hold a Class B driver's license
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have experience with:
- Construction meetings and coordination with other contractors
- BAS-P or BAS-U
- Ventilation certification
