The Industry Kiruna section works with design, construction, and project management in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, and Maintenance in both small and large industrial projects. Customers are primarily in the Mining & Steel sector. You will become part of the Kiruna office with approximately 30 competent colleagues and you will also be part of the management group for Industry Region North – from Hudiksvall to Kiruna. Your task is to build a long-term sustainable operation with high competence and delivery capability. You lead with a coaching approach and create a work environment where employees thrive and develop. At the same time, you drive business, nurture existing customer relationships, and open doors to new opportunities. You will lead a senior team of 10 people, all of whom are looking forward to having you on site. Qualifications We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in this role at AFRY. You are business-driven, communicative, and coaching in your leadership style – with the ability to create opportunities and see change as something positive. Further, we are looking for someone who: · Has a technical university education and work experience from industry. · Is experienced in sales and customer relationships. · Has a strong network in the region and sees collaboration as the key to success.
