Lead Ventilation Technician in Jönköping

Are you a Ventilation Technician who values organization and structure? We're now looking for a lead technician with expertise in Ventilation for our department in Jönköping. About the Role As a lead ventilation technician at Bravida in Jönköping, you will work in a team with project managers and other disciplines within the organization such as electrical and plumbing/heating. No two days are the same! In this position, you will plan, coordinate, and perform installations while leading and coaching your team members to achieve both company and individual goals. Bravida Ventilation in Jönköping has been awarded the ventilation contract for the Municipality's construction of a new public bath, a project that will be executed during 2026–2028. This project will be part of your new role. Key Responsibilities: Installation and assembly of ventilation systems Read drawings and manage administrative tasks Order and cut materials Attend meetings Plan work and maintain schedules Weekly planning based on the master schedule Lead and assign work within the team Contribute to good collaboration between disciplines and ensure that processes and routines are followed. Responsible for ensuring correct information is communicated within the team and that the company's management systems and policies are adhered to. You will be responsible for executing each project according to our high standards for quality and safety. The work involves both technical problem-solving and contact with clients, consultants, and suppliers. You are a ventilation technician with at least 5–6 years of experience in the trade. Experience working as a lead technician. You thrive in work with many points of contact. Strong ability for planning and administrative work. Structured and clear leadership. Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks. You enjoy juggling many responsibilities and working proactively. Good ability to work digitally. You will be responsible for executing each project according to our high standards for quality and safety. The work involves both technical problem-solving and contact with clients, consultants, and suppliers. The Jönköping team consists of approximately 15 colleagues with various areas of expertise, such as assembly, service, ventilation inspection and cleaning, and commissioning. The team is expanding, partly due to the public bath project. There is close collaboration with the other departments in Jönköping: Jönköping Electrical and Jönköping Plumbing/Heating.
