JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a unit manager in municipal primary healthcare, you play a central role in leading and developing the operation forward.
You lead a team primarily consisting of nurses with a focus on creating strong team collaboration close to the patient. Here, leadership is about making the whole operation function: from strategic direction to daily work.
You will:
• Drive development and change initiatives in an operation in motion
• Create conditions for patient-centered, safe, and cohesive care
• Work closely with employees and build a culture of learning, responsibility, and engagement
• Ensure quality, patient safety, and continuous follow-up
• Take advantage of opportunities in digitalization and welfare technology
• Work in close collaboration with support functions such as MAS and MAR and be an important part of a management team where cooperation and shared responsibility are central
• Be responsible for a good and sustainable work environment, where you prevent ill health, promote participation, and create conditions for a long-term sustainable working life
QUALIFICATIONS
You are an experienced leader who thrives in change and is driven by developing both people and operations.
We believe that you:
• have several years of experience as a manager
• are confident in your leadership and experienced in working both strategically and operationally
• have experience driving change and development initiatives
• see the value of collaboration and build strong relationships
• work systematically with follow-up, quality, and improvement
• have a background in healthcare
You have the ability to create direction as well as engagement.
