The Lead Planner Role As Lead Planner, you lead and ensure quality in the project's planning process. You are responsible for establishing, developing, monitoring, and using schedules as an active management tool throughout the project's different phases. The role involves close collaboration with other key functions within the project. Your responsibilities include having primary responsibility for the project's schedule management and monitoring, including progress, forecasts, and deviation management leading, coordinating, and ensuring quality in the project's schedule planning work in collaboration with project schedulers and other key functions ensuring that schedules are created and structured according to the project's common working methods, WBS, and NCC's processes analyzing relationships between time, production, procurement, design, economics, and contractual commitments identifying, analyzing, and reporting time-related risks, opportunities, and consequences for the project's execution providing clear decision-making and forecast materials to project management, management group, and customer in collaborative projects contributing to the development of working methods, tools, and processes in planning, for example through analyses of critical path, alternative scenarios, and progress monitoring supporting project management on issues related to contract time, change management, and time-related commercial matters. Your Profile as Lead Planner We are looking for someone with experience leading and driving planning work in complex environments, preferably in larger construction and/or infrastructure projects. You understand how the schedule impacts the project's economics, resource planning, procurement, design, and production. You have strong analytical abilities and can translate detailed information into well-founded decisions that support business objectives. At the same time, you have the ability to see the big picture, identify relationships, and anticipate consequences of different choices. You have a good understanding of production flows and thrive in a role where you can create structure, coordinate different stakeholders, and contribute to keeping the project on the right track throughout its execution. You have excellent ability to communicate and engage others in planning work, create alignment between different functions, and convey complex information in a clear and pedagogical way. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience with Primavera P6 is a merit. About Division Building Large Projects The Division Building Large Projects develops and leads complex construction projects with an order value of approximately 1.5 billion or more. Additional Information This is a permanent full-time position. The work location is flexible based on the project's conditions. The position requires that you have the ability to travel on business.
