Lead of Accounting Operations

The assignment involves national responsibility for leading, developing, and future-proofing a major accounting operation that is undergoing a comprehensive organizational transformation. About the RoleYou will be responsible for the operational accounting operations at the national level and lead the business through a number of experienced managers. The role involves overall responsibility for delivery, quality, finances, resource planning, and business development, while also becoming a key person in translating strategy into concrete work methods and behaviors. The organization is facing an exciting shift where several previously independent operations are being brought together in a unified national structure. Therefore, we are looking for a leader who not only sees what needs to change, but who also has the ability to create engagement and make change happen. You will be part of the national management team and will work closely with several senior leaders to develop the business, strengthen collaboration between operations, and create the future way of working. This opportunity is an employment with the client and you will work at the headquarters in Stockholm. Travel to other offices in the country will occur. We believe you haveYou have several years of experience leading other leaders and are accustomed to combining business responsibility with operational leadership. You likely have a background from audit, accounting, or consulting, or other Professional Services operations where quality, customer focus, and business development are central. We would like to see that you have experience with: Leadership with people responsibility for managers Results and business responsibility Change management in a larger organization Business development and KPI management Resource planning and capacity management Digitalization, automation, or process optimization As a PersonTo succeed in the role, we believe you are a confident and clear leader who builds trust through your leadership style.
