We're looking for you with a senior background in system development and someone who naturally takes on technical leadership. You're driven to build sustainable solutions, enjoy coaching other developers, and want to continue being an active part of the codebase. You have experience with modern development environments and thrive in an organization where you have great responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. Requirements and qualifications: At least five years of experience in system development. Solid experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience with React, Node.js, or Nest.js. Experience with API development and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS. Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development processes. Previous experience with technical leadership, formal or informal. Good understanding of system architecture, scalability, and long-term technical maintenance. Good knowledge of secure system development and application security, for example authentication, access control, and OWASP. Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written. It's a merit if you have worked with AI solutions, automation, WebSockets, real-time systems, or other high-performance distributed platforms. As a person, you are unpretentious, analytical, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to inspire others through your way of working and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are communicative, confident in technical decisions, and motivated by creating long-term sustainable solutions while helping your team develop together. What does the role entail? As a Lead Developer, you'll have a central role in developing the company's technical platform. You're responsible for driving the technical direction together with the development team while being an active developer yourself. The role involves close collaboration with product owners and the business where you contribute to architecture, technical choices, and development strategies. You'll be an important culture bearer ensuring high code quality, modern approaches, and continuous learning within the team. With work tasks that include, for example: Set the technical direction and contribute to architecture and design decisions. Develop and further develop the company's product platform. Build scalable and robust solutions for modern cloud environments. Drive code quality through code reviews, mentorship, and technical coaching. Ensure that development follows principles for secure system development. Further develop AI-based features, automation, and real-time communication. Work with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems. Participate throughout the development process – from idea and design to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
