Description Katrinelund Gymnasium and Bernadotte Gymnasium together form Sweden's largest elite sports gymnasium. The schools have approximately 1,400 students, of whom about half are elite sports students. We are looking for engaged tutors for the school library to support students in all subjects, with special focus on mathematics, Swedish, and English. Work takes place mainly after school hours, and working times are determined in consultation with you. The role includes: • Providing individual help with homework and subject comprehension. • Creating a motivating and supportive environment for students. • Collaborating with school staff to ensure that each student receives the support they need. This is a fixed-term, hourly-paid position for the period September 15 through December 17, with the possibility of extension. Interviews are held on a rolling basis, so do not delay in submitting your application. Qualifications We are looking for someone with good subject knowledge and a strong interest in helping students succeed. Experience in teaching or tutoring is a merit but not a requirement. We place great importance on your personal suitability, especially your ability to build trust and engagement with students. You must have at least high school competency, and we see post-secondary education and experience in youth activities, associations, and leadership as merits. You have high social competence and extensive experience working with young people. The school is multicultural, and we would like you to have experience working with young people from different cultures.
