About the job: As a hooklifting truck driver with us, you collect and transport recyclable material from our customers and ensure it reaches its next destination correctly, safely, and efficiently. The position primarily involves driving a hooklifting truck/hook truck, but you will also drive with trailers when needed. It's a practical and social job where your days can vary. You'll be in contact with our customers, dispatch managers, and colleagues at the facility, and you'll need to plan and prioritize your work along the way. You will often be the person our customers meet. Therefore, you are an important part of our customer relationship and how we are perceived as a company. You will, among other things: • Drive a hooklifting truck/hook truck and collect recyclable material from our customers. • Load, unload, and transport containers, flatbeds, and compactors. • Contact customers and contribute to a good customer experience. • Handle the vehicle computer and report deviations. • Perform daily vehicle inspections. • Collaborate with dispatch managers and colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly. • Work safely and contribute to order and organization in your daily work. About you: We are looking for someone who is confident behind the wheel, takes responsibility for their work, and likes to get things working in everyday life. You are comfortable working independently, but you also understand the importance of collaborating with colleagues when needed. You need to be able to prioritize and make your own decisions when something doesn't go according to plan—perhaps a container isn't where it should be, a customer needs help, or today's route needs to be reorganized. Since you will have frequent contact with our customers, it is important that you are service-oriented and find it easy to communicate with different people. Safety is always most important. We want you to be thorough and have a sound safety mindset, both when driving and when working with vehicles, containers, and materials. Qualifications: • CE driver's license. • Valid ADR license. • Interest in developing yourself in truck and trailer driving. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Experience working independently and taking responsibility for your vehicle and tasks. Desirable: • Experience with hooklifting trucks/hook trucks. • Experience driving trucks and trailers. • Previous experience from recycling, waste management, transport, or similar industry. • ADR training. • Experience with vehicle computers and digital reporting.
