Wheel Loader Operator - Loose Rock Loading

Your role As a wheel loader operator, you work underground loading rock into drifts and trucks. You have an important role in the production chain where safety, quality, and productivity are critical to the success of operations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a production-oriented environment and is motivated by achieving set goals. You actively work to contribute to high loading rates, good quality, and safe execution of work every day. Your responsibilities include: Loading rock into drifts and trucks Safe handling of wheel loader and other equipment Contributing to high productivity and good quality in production Following and working according to safety procedures and work instructions Collaborating with colleagues in your shift team to achieve common goals What you bring We are looking for someone with a strong safety and production mindset and who is motivated to work toward common goals. You take responsibility for both your work and the equipment you use, see solutions when challenges arise, and take initiative to drive the work forward. At the same time, you are flexible and adapt when circumstances change, while contributing to good collaboration in your shift team. Requirements: Valid high school diploma Class B driver's license for manual transmission Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience operating wheel loaders Merits: Mining experience Underground work experience Experience with larger equipment We welcome your application!
