Job Description As an accountant in Skellefteå, you will be part of a team of approximately 80 people, including drivers, terminal workers, and administrative staff. You will be located at our new terminal at Hedensbyn in Skellefteå. As an accountant, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and monitoring/registration/bookkeeping of payments as well as settlements with subcontractors and customers. You will assist with various reconciliations and participate in bookkeeping and financial statements. Your daily work will also include customer calls and emails directed to the accounting department. Other tasks may include invoice scanning, mail handling, purchasing office supplies for Skellefteå, and other administrative duties. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a university or college degree in accounting or equivalent post-secondary education that the employer considers equivalent. To thrive in this role, you are driven, organized, thorough, and responsible. You have an interest in customer relations and a strong ability to create and build relationships. We prefer that you have experience in accounting work, for example in accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, or similar tasks.
