Are you technically minded and enjoy practical work with vehicles? We're now hiring several mechanics for an exciting assignment with our client in Gothenburg. Here you'll have the opportunity to work with advanced vehicle solutions alongside experienced colleagues in a modern production environment.
The position involves building, equipping and modifying trucks according to specific requirements and solutions. The tasks are varied and can cover everything from mechanics and assembly to electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
This is what you'll be working with:
- Build and equip trucks according to drawings and work instructions
- Assemble components, accessories and various body solutions
- Install and connect electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Work from technical drawings and assembly documentation
- Perform testing, inspections and quality assurance of completed installations
- Identify and correct any errors or adjustment needs
- Perform basic welding and other practical workshop tasks
- Participate in improvement work and contribute to smooth production flow
Your Profile:
We believe you have practical experience from, for example, assembly, mechanics, the automotive industry or manufacturing. You have an easy time understanding technical instructions and feel comfortable working from drawings.
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems is a plus. As a person, you are thorough, solution-focused and responsible. You can work independently but also appreciate solving tasks together with your colleagues. A strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new things is important for this role.

Your Profile
We're looking for a technically interested person who enjoys practical work and has experience from, for example, assembly, mechanics, vehicles or machinery. Background from the automotive industry, workshop, construction or agriculture is a plus.
You are thorough, self-directed and solution-focused. You take responsibility for your work, maintain a high quality standard and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve good results. A safety-conscious approach to work is a given for you.
We'd like to see that you have:
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
- Experience with mechanical work and basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to understand drawings, electrical schematics and technical instructions
- Class B driver's license with manual transmission
- Vehicle or workshop technical training, or equivalent experience
Merits:
- Class C driver's license
- Forklift certification
- Experience with heavy vehicles, trucks or construction equipment
- Knowledge of welding or other workshop technical areas
