Truck Driver with Equipment Operation as Needed About the Company Bon Orbit is a company with a strong ownership base consisting of Svensk Däckåtervinning AB and Norsk Dekktretur A/S, with more than 30 years of combined experience in the industry. We produce high-performance recycled raw materials from end-of-life tires, which are marketed to customers worldwide. Logistics and production flows are therefore crucial to our success. Right now we are in an expansive phase, where we are establishing the largest facility of its kind in Europe. The investment is being made to be able to offer recycled raw materials of even higher quality and purity. Within a few years, our revenue will exceed 300 MSEK. With the new facility, we are setting a new standard in the market while strengthening our global position. Bon Orbit has a collective agreement through IKEM – Innovations and Chemical Industries in Sweden. About the Position We are looking for a truck driver for our company to operate our vehicles for transporting goods/materials and also have the opportunity to work as equipment operator at our facilities. This position suits you if you enjoy variety in your workday and are comfortable switching between driving a truck and operating machinery. Responsibilities Operate the company's truck for transporting goods to and from our facilities and other locations as needed Loading and unloading of goods/materials/containers Work as equipment operator at the facility when needed (e.g., wheel loader, forklift) Perform basic maintenance and inspection of vehicles/machinery Ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable traffic and workplace safety regulations Requirements CE driver's license Valid YKB (professional competence certificate) Experience as equipment operator, including experience with material handlers or excavators Experience with wheel loaders Experience with loading and unloading of goods/containers Good teamwork skills, responsibility, and flexibility Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Forklift certification Experience from industry, manufacturing, or similar operational work Experience with truck driving in the construction/contracting industry Experience from recycling or process industry Responsible, thorough, and structured in your work High focus on safety and quality Solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to contribute to developing work methods and routines We Offer Opportunity to participate in the startup of Europe's largest facility for recycled tire raw materials An important role in a growing operation Secure employer with focus on safety and quality Opportunity to influence work methods and routines Collective agreement through IKEM Salary according to agreement/collective agreement Application Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
