About the Role As a laser operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring one of our modern laser machines. The role combines practical production work with technical tasks such as programming, machine adjustments, and quality control. You ensure efficient material flow to and from the machine, perform changeovers and adjustments, and work from drawings and production documents to ensure high quality in every detail. The work also includes measuring and inspecting manufactured products, extracting parts, changing fixtures, and packaging and preparing finished products for delivery. As a person, you are thorough, engaged, and have a positive attitude toward developing and learning new machines, systems, and working methods. You work independently when needed, but you are also a team player who contributes to good cooperation and a positive work environment. We would like you to have experience from manufacturing industry or similar operations. If you have previously worked with CNC-controlled machines, laser cutting, or programming, that is a merit, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, your technical interest, and your willingness to learn. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good computer skills and speak and write Swedish well.
