Security Technician / Alarm Technician

About the job As a security technician, you are our primary ambassador with customers, where you install and perform ongoing maintenance of alarm products during scheduled appointments. You are responsible for complete system design and installation tailored to each customer's individual needs, while documenting and ensuring high quality throughout the entire process. Customer meetings are central to the role – you guide customers through the alarm system, introduce our app, and take time to genuinely listen to their questions and needs. With your communication skills and attentiveness, you quickly build trust and positive relationships. You identify business opportunities in every meeting and are not hesitant to suggest complementary products and services that can enhance customer safety. Your work is characterized by consultative sales, where you match our solutions to customers' specific needs and create long-term, satisfied customer relationships. The employment begins with comprehensive training—both theoretical and practical—and concludes with field training alongside an experienced colleague as your mentor. After that, you will independently be responsible for deploying new alarm systems. Work location: Kalix and surrounding area. You will work from home and receive a service vehicle. Who are you? We are looking for someone who: Holds a valid driver's license (category B) and has no criminal record Has a genuine interest in technology, sales, and creating safety for others Is communicative, attentive, and has a natural ability to build both contacts and strong long-term customer relationships Thrives with a results-oriented approach and takes responsibility for both sales targets and service quality Is motivated by finding solutions, is thorough, and enjoys taking initiative when meeting with customers Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Previous experience in technology, service, sales, or similar work is advantageous, but your attitude and willingness to develop with us is most important. You will receive training and coaching – your motivation and commitment are what matter most!
