The Operations and Maintenance Division is responsible for oversight, repair, and maintenance of outdoor areas, buildings, and installations over time with good technical status and satisfied customers. This is achieved through close collaboration with customers, other divisions within the facility management, and other organizations in the city. The Division is responsible for conducting inspections required by authorities and contributes to the development of energy-saving measures. We perform the assignments ordered by our customers.
The Alarms, Electrical, and Elevator Unit is now looking for you—someone who wants to make a difference with tools in hand and who is drawn to variety in their work. The Unit's main task is to work with oversight, maintenance, and repairs at our facilities. It is our responsibility to ensure that everyone feels safe in the properties we manage. We ensure that regulations, laws, and requirements from emergency services, insurance companies, and the City of Gothenburg are followed.

As an alarm technician with us, you will:
• Perform repairs on security systems
• Perform operational rounds/function checks and service on security systems
• Inform and educate our tenants on alarm matters and operation
Qualifications
For this position, we are looking for someone who has:
• Upper secondary education with a focus on electrical/telecommunications/low-voltage
• Experience working with computerized security systems
• Experience troubleshooting security systems
We consider the following as meriting:
• Knowledge of access/lock systems
• Experience installing security systems
• Verbal presentation skills in groups
• Experience in electrical/telecommunications installation
This position requires a B driver's license and good computer skills.
