We are now seeking dedicated substitute teachers for flexible temporary positions at primary schools throughout Gothenburg.
About the Assignment
Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, the City of Gothenburg, Kungälv Municipality, Lilla Edet Municipality, Mölndal City, and Orust Municipality to support their municipal preschools and primary schools with dedicated substitute teachers.
Your Responsibilities
As a substitute teacher, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, typically of an acute nature or for shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. You are responsible for planning and leading instruction in accordance with the plans provided by the regular teacher.
Your Qualifications
Completed upper secondary diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience in primary school/secondary school.
You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being scheduled for shifts the same morning.
To succeed in the role of substitute teacher, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a positive role model. You also have a genuine passion for working with children and young people.
If you are a certified teacher, studying to become a teacher, or have teaching experience, this is a merit.
