We are now seeking an engaged teacher or industry-experienced educator who wants to step into an important role during the current school year at our partner school. You will become part of a well-functioning team in an established care and nursing program where collaboration, student focus, and quality are central. The position starts as soon as possible and comprises 80-100 percent depending on your preferences. The program is well-established with close collaboration with the working world and good relationships with care and nursing organizations. There is strong team spirit and a culture where initiative, collaboration, and commitment are valued. The position can be adapted between 80 and 100 percent. At 80 percent, there is an option to arrange work over four days per week. Your Responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction in the care and nursing program's courses. You will teach, among others: Psychiatry 1 Psychiatry 2 Function 1 Function 2 High School Work As a teacher, you actively work to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where students are given the conditions to develop and reach their goals. You collaborate closely with other colleagues in the program and contribute to further developing the quality of education and its connection to the industry. Your Profile We are looking for someone with relevant education or experience in care, nursing, social work, or LSS. For example, you could be a trained teacher, social worker, or have another background that the employer deems equivalent. Teacher certification is advantageous but not required. To succeed in this role, we see that you are a committed team player with good collaboration skills and a genuine interest in building positive relationships with students. As a person, you are responsible, communicative, and confident in your professional role. You enjoy collaborating with others, take initiative when needed, and contribute to a positive work environment. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Start: As soon as possible.
