You work closely with other teachers and staff in the F–3 teaching team. Your responsibilities include: planning and implementing instruction in Grade 1 monitoring students' academic development creating a safe and clear learning environment collaborating with colleagues, student support services, and parents contributing to the collective work of the teaching team and school Challenges and opportunities At a small school, you become an important part of the whole. We work closely together, share experiences, and help each other find good solutions for our students. In Grade 1, you meet students with different needs and circumstances. This requires the ability to adapt instruction and create both structure and safety. At the same time, it provides excellent opportunities to closely follow students' development and lay the foundation for their continued schooling. We work together and take advantage of each other's experiences and ideas to develop our instruction. What you bring with you Requirements You have teaching credentials with authorization to teach in the elementary grades. You have strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Meritorious Experience teaching in the primary grades, preferably in Grade 1. We're looking for someone who is confident and clear in your leadership and who has an easy time building good relationships with students. You collaborate well with colleagues and can plan and take responsibility for your own work.
