Upon permanent employment, a wellness allowance is provided. Your role Gullingeskolan is looking for a certified teacher for grades F-3 with current placement in grade 1. At Gullingeskolan, we work with a multi-teacher model, which means we have three teaching teachers for two classes in a grade level. Together with two other teachers, you will drive the pedagogical work forward. Your assignment includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the pedagogical work according to the school's governing documents. You have the ability to create good environments that promote learning and work satisfaction among students. You find different strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in their knowledge and personal development. Your competence and experience We see that you are active and contribute to moving our entire operation forward. As a person, you are solution-focused, positive, and see possibilities. You should be a clear leader and be able to work independently as well as easily create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. We are looking for you who is a certified teacher for grades F-3. Language is always in focus with us, so we would like to see that you have certification in Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language. You are experienced with formative assessment and see collegial learning as a natural starting point for creating new and deeper knowledge. You work toward set goals and focus on results. As a person, you are mature, stable, and organized and easily collaborate. It is natural for you to reflect on your work both individually and with colleagues. You care about creating a safe learning environment based on mutual respect, you make students part of the planning, and you have a good understanding of students' different conditions for learning.
