With us, you will work in a team around 4-5 classes and together with subject colleagues where we work with and develop the business based on entrepreneurial value-creation competencies and processes. The work is characterized by cross-disciplinary work, contact and collaboration with the outside world - we ask ourselves "Can what we do and what we learn be useful to someone else?" We use physical and digital teaching materials, and in some grades and subjects there is co-teaching. The position also includes possible mentorship together with a mentor colleague in the team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have teaching certification with the authority to teach technology for grades 7-9. As a second option, you who are studying to become a teacher or who have experience working in the teaching profession may also be considered for employment. For a permanent position as a teacher, however, teaching certification with the authority to teach in the relevant subjects and grades is required. For us, technology is a separate subject. We would like to see that you have previous teaching experience. You have good collaboration skills and are relationship-building. Beyond subject knowledge, we would like to see that: • You want to teach cross-disciplinarily together with a group of colleagues and with a focus on working together with and through our surrounding world. • You have the ability to create a good work environment with engagement, curiosity and security with both students and colleagues, and you are offered that in return. • You have the ability to meet students' different needs by listening to students, discussing with colleagues and shaping your teaching based on success factors for teaching, in dialogue with colleagues and based on student interest and influence. • You are courageous and want to develop and continue learning together with others. • You want to work in a team and contribute to the development of the business based on the school's development work, your own experiences and research.
