Your Responsibilities
In your role, you will teach Swedish. You will teach full classes in grades 7-9. You will participate in collegial collaboration with other teachers both within your subject area and in your work unit. Mentorship is not included in this position.
Who Are You?
We are looking for a qualified teacher for grades 7-9. It is advantageous if you have education in Swedish and experience teaching grades 7-9.
You are committed to guiding students toward good results and helping them practice and develop their abilities, as well as helping students feel involved in their own learning. You are confident in building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have the ability to work independently and goal-oriented based on the primary school curriculum and to work cross-disciplinarily in a team with other colleagues.
You should be familiar with current course syllabi, digital tools, and digital instruction, be able to adapt and analyze based on student needs, and be knowledgeable about teaching in an accessible learning environment. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good collaboration skills while being self-directed.
