Job Responsibilities As a teacher at Aroseniusskolan, you conduct modern and creative instruction where you find strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal development. When the desire is there, learning is easy, which is why we want you to work with variation in instruction with great dedication so that each student finds their energy. You'll teach grade 7 together with colleagues, both in full class and in smaller groups. Being two teachers in the classroom gives you new opportunities to collaborate with colleagues to create instruction that reaches more students. As a teacher with us, you're part of one of the work teams at the school and in a subject team based on your qualifications. Qualifications We're looking for you who are a licensed teacher with a few years of experience. We'll be recruiting in several different subjects and will place great emphasis on personal suitability. You have high ambitions for your teaching and enjoy working toward common goals and visions. You're a team player who appreciates collaboration and a student-democratic approach. You have a good ability to create and maintain relationships with both children, young people, and adults, and you know the importance of meeting students with both boundaries and care. You're clear in your leadership and confident in your professional role toward students, guardians, and colleagues. You reflect on methods and approaches and strive to develop as a teacher.
