JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a certified teacher for after-school programs to join our after-school activities.
As an after-school teacher, you will help stimulate and challenge students' curiosity, development, and learning. You are knowledgeable about curriculum documents, interested in program development, and have strong ambitions to develop the after-school program. You have knowledge of the curriculum and can implement it in practical activities. Together with your team, you are responsible for offering students a variety of teaching methods, forms of expression, and learning environments that integrate care and learning.
You need competence in meeting students with different needs and making instruction accessible to all students. Your duties include creating good contact with students and guardians in daily work, and promoting good collaboration between the after-school program and the school.
You participate in students' full day together with both classroom teachers and the team. You have regular professional contact with guardians, student health services, and other school staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:

You relate to children and adults in a responsive and flexible manner, listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. You view collegial learning as self-evident and essential for creating new and deeper knowledge.

You have high and positive expectations of students and are solution-focused. You also possess a strong commitment to creating the best pedagogical conditions for students.
• Are socially active in professional contexts. You are communicative and can build and maintain safe relationships.
• Remain calm and controlled in stressful situations. You maintain a realistic perspective on situations and focus on what matters.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
