JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an elementary school teacher at Rombergaskolan in Enköping, you are responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for our youngest students. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in your grade level and the after-school program to provide students with a cohesive school day. Your tasks: Plan and conduct instruction with special focus on early reading, writing, and mathematics development. Adapt instruction according to students' different conditions and needs, in collaboration with colleagues and the school's student support team. Create a structured, safe learning environment in the classroom where all students dare to participate and develop. Document and follow up on students' knowledge development and social progress. Maintain close, good, and trusting contact with students' guardians. Work closely within your grade level on planning, instruction, and school-wide activities. Collaborate with after-school staff to create continuity throughout the student's school day. Participate in playground supervision and work preventively against harassment in accordance with the school's safety plan.
