In 2027, we will move into the newly built Lillsidanskolan, a modern and well-designed school that will give us even better opportunities to meet students' needs and create stimulating learning environments. The school is led by a principal and two vice principals together with team leaders from four work teams: F-3, 4-6, 7-9, and after-school care. The school also has a complete student wellbeing team with several functions that work closely with the teams. DUTIES Do you want to help develop teaching in a school that works with a holistic perspective on student learning? At Enöglaskolan, we see the student's entire day as a coherent whole where safety, structure, variety, and creativity create good conditions for development. We are now looking for a dedicated and licensed teacher for grade 2 who wants to be part of this work. Your responsibilities At Enöglaskolan, we work with a holistic perspective where the student's entire school day is connected. As a grade 2 teacher, you plan, conduct, document, and follow up on teaching based on the Education Act and Lgr22, always with the goal of creating a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment for each student. Teaching is characterized by variation, creativity, and active learning. This means you use different methods, approaches, and forms of expression to spark curiosity and make learning enjoyable and meaningful. Students are involved, explore, and work practically, while teaching is clearly structured and adapted to their needs. As a class teacher/mentor, you are responsible for your own student group and work closely with your colleagues in the grade. You teach multiple subjects and work together with the team to create an inclusive learning environment where all students feel safe, seen, and supported. Since many of our students are multilingual, we would appreciate it if you have credentials or experience teaching Swedish as a second language. The language and knowledge development approach (SKUA) is an integral part of our teaching and shapes how we create meaningful and engaging learning situations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher with credentials in F-3. It is an advantage if you also have experience or credentials in Swedish as a second language, as many of our students are multilingual. You are a confident and clear educator who adapts teaching to students' different needs and builds good relationships with both students and colleagues. You communicate constructively, collaborate well, and contribute to a positive work climate. You work purposefully, take initiative, and maintain focus even when conditions change.
