Our adult education is growing with new assignments, and we are now seeking engaged teachers within the healthcare and social care program with a focus on nursing care, social care, and psychiatry. You will play a central role in our students' educational journey and contribute to their success. As a teacher with us, you will: • Teach and mentor students in various courses within the healthcare and social care program. • Collaborate with the teaching team and school leadership to organize, plan, and coordinate courses. • Work with validation and actively participate in team efforts. • Develop and improve teaching methods and working approaches. • Hold course responsibility and conduct APL visits. • Perform other common work tasks. Qualifications We seek a vocational teacher with specialization in the healthcare and social care program. You have teacher training or other pedagogical education. It is a merit if you have experience with adult education, work with validation, and experience teaching healthcare subjects. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Excellent pedagogical and didactic ability. • Strong ability to structure and plan your work. • Good IT skills and documented experience with digital tools. • Academic education within a relevant professional field.
