Jättstenskolan is Grums Municipality's only school for grades 4-9 and is located in Grums town center. We have approximately 490 students distributed across 21 classes. Each class has its own mentor(s) and all classes have their own classroom. The school also has adapted primary education. A sports and swimming hall are located within the school area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in physical education and health for students in grades 4-9 in accordance with the curriculum goals. The role also includes assessing and documenting students' knowledge development according to applicable regulations. You create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. Teaching takes place, among other places, in the school's sports and swimming hall as well as in nearby sports and outdoor environments. Work is conducted in close collaboration with colleagues, student health services, and guardians. Together you contribute to a good learning and working environment and actively participate in the school's development work. Digital tools are used to support instruction, planning, and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS You must be a certified and licensed teacher in physical education and health for grades 4-9. Here, all students in grades 4-9 have access to their own Chromebook and digital learning materials.
