DUTIES In your role as a teacher, you will teach students in grades 7-9, and may also teach in special instruction groups. In addition to teaching, you share responsibility with other teachers for creating alignment in instruction. As a primary school teacher, you are well anchored in the primary school's mission and actively participate in pedagogical development work and collegial learning processes. In collaboration with other educators in your team, you will plan, implement, and follow up on instruction based on the curriculum. The role includes creating conditions and motivation for each child's learning and development. Together with your team and subject colleagues, you are responsible for students' academic and social development. You also work to continuously document and monitor students' learning and development. You work from a systemic approach and strive to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Your daily work is characterized by the values and approaches described in Alingsås Municipality's value foundation. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Certified primary school teacher with credentials in a relevant area Merits: • Good knowledge of the curriculum and documents governing school operations • Well familiar with documentation and assessment as well as digital learning tools such as Unikum, G Suite, Google Drive, and Arena • Previous professional experience in similar roles We are looking for someone who is confident, structured, and has a good ability to collaborate.
