Swedish Teacher and possibility of Team Lead, Grades 4-6 at Vittra Frösunda.
Vittra Frösunda in Solna started operations in fall 2002 and is located in beautiful facilities on Anders Lundströms Street in the scenic Frösunda area, near Solna station with excellent transportation connections.
We have both preschool and primary school with us. At Vittra Frösunda there are approximately 500 children and students aged 1-16 years.
Your Assignment
We are now offering a position at 80-100%. The position includes teaching Swedish at 80% and possibly team lead at 20%. You will teach Swedish to students in grades 4-6 and serve as a responsible pedagogue. Our junior team (middle school) works with age-mixed classes, two grade 4-5 classes and two grade 5-6 classes, totaling four classes.
We see that you are a teacher who builds your teaching on close pedagogical relationships with students and that you are passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities.

Your Profile
We are looking for you who are a certified Swedish teacher for grades 4-6.
To also be qualified for the role of team lead, we would like to see that you have had similar responsibilities and have a strong interest in school development. A team lead at Vittra is part of the school's leadership team, participates in decision-making, and drives the school's common development processes. You are also responsible for the day-to-day operations of your team together with your colleagues.

You will be part of the team for grades 4-6 where you participate in meetings two afternoons per week.

As a team lead you will attend Vittra's mandatory team lead training.
You will of course receive collective agreement benefits and insurance as well as a wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year.

The position is a permanent position with a start date of August 11, 2026 or by agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
