Your Assignment In your role as a teacher for grades 4-6, you teach students Swedish, English, and Social Studies. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in your subjects based on the curriculum. You adapt teaching based on students' needs, interests, and circumstances, and work with clear leadership and stimulation in the classroom. You follow up, assess, and document students' knowledge development. The assignment includes mentorship for grade 4. You are responsible for creating trusting relationships and inspiring and motivating students to develop through varied teaching methods and pedagogical tools. Creating a calm and safe learning environment is a natural part of the assignment. You are part of a team for grades 4-6 consisting of a mix of subject teachers. You collaborate closely with your subject colleagues regarding students, planning, assessment, grading, pedagogical development work, and systematic quality work. Team leadership may be included. There is room to influence and develop teaching based on interest, knowledge, and experience. Your Experience For this position, it is required that you have: - teaching certification with subject qualifications in Swedish, English, and Social Studies for grades 4-6 - experience working with students in need of extra support and special assistance - strong digital competence with experience using digital pedagogical tools - good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is an advantage if you also have: - experience with mentorship - experience teaching students Swedish, English, and Social Studies in grades 4-6 Is This You?
