Language Teacher at Värgårdsskolan 7-9, Kisa, Kinda Municipality Värgårdsskolan is Kinda Municipality's upper secondary school and is centrally located in Kisa. Here, students from across the municipality meet in a well-sized school where safety, comfort, and good relationships create the foundation for learning and development. We actively work to create accessible learning environments and teaching characterized by clarity, structure, curiosity, and faith in the future. Our goal is for students to leave school with solid knowledge, confidence in their own abilities, and a strong foundation for further studies and working life. About the Position We are looking for an engaged and confident teacher who wants to be part of our team and contribute to student learning and development. You will primarily teach French. Qualifications in English are advantageous, but other subject combinations may also be relevant. Teaching occurs in grades 6–9. The position also includes mentoring a class. At Värgårdsskolan 7-9, as a teacher you will be part of a work team and subject team where we work together to create good conditions for our students. About You We are looking for someone who is a clear and confident leader in the classroom and who has the ability to build good relationships with students. You plan and deliver instruction with structure and clarity, and adapt it based on students' different conditions and needs. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and the student support team and are happy to contribute to the school's joint development work. You are solution-focused, flexible, and curious about trying new approaches. Above all, you have a genuine interest in teaching and in ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed. Qualifications Teacher education with qualifications to teach French. Teacher certification. Qualifications in English or another subject are advantageous. Experience teaching in upper primary school is advantageous. Strong ability to create structure, clarity, and a conducive study environment. Application Deadline: September 13, 2026.
